Phil Pavarini Insurance

These terms apply when you use this electronic signature service to review and sign documents sent to you by Phil Pavarini Insurance.

Using electronic records and signatures

Before you sign you are asked to agree to receive and sign the document electronically. You may decline instead, and you may ask Phil Pavarini Insurance for a paper copy. An electronic signature you apply here is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature, as provided by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 and following) and the electronic transactions laws of the states.

Your responsibilities

Sign only documents you are entitled to sign, give accurate information, and keep your signing link confidential. Each link is issued for one person and one document, and is valid for a limited time.

Your copy

When every party has signed, the completed document with its certificate of completion is made available to you, usually by email. You can also download the document before you sign it.

The documents themselves

The content of each document is between you and Phil Pavarini Insurance. This service does not give legal, insurance or financial advice. Read a document fully before signing it, and contact the sender if anything is unclear.

Referral service, not an insurance agency

Phil Pavarini Insurance is a referral service. It is not an insurance agency, agent or broker, and it does not sell, solicit, negotiate or bind insurance or surety bonds. Applications and forms completed through this service are referred to independent, licensed insurance agencies, brokers and surety companies, which decide on their own whether to quote, underwrite or issue a bond or policy. Completing or signing an application does not bind coverage and is not a bond, policy or binder.

Any agency relationship is solely between you and the licensed agency named as agent of record on your bond or policy documents. Questions about underwriting, issuance, premium, cancellation or claims must be directed to that agency or to the issuing company. A referral does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture or other relationship between you and Phil Pavarini Insurance.

No guarantee of approval, issuance or payment

Phil Pavarini Insurance is not an insurance company, surety or bonding company, and does not issue, underwrite or guarantee any bond or policy. Whether a bond or policy is approved or issued, its terms, and whether any claim is paid are decided solely by the company that issues it, under the terms of that bond or policy. Nothing on this service, in any document or in any communication from Phil Pavarini Insurance is a promise, representation or guarantee that a bond or policy will be approved or issued, that it meets any requirement, or that any claim under it will be paid.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Phil Pavarini Insurance and its owners, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any act, omission, insolvency or refusal to pay of any insurance company, surety, agency or other third party, including the denial or nonpayment of any claim, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the service or an interruption to it. Their total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phil Pavarini Insurance and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the service, the information you provide, or your breach of these terms.
